Just as a note, I will be doing some mechanic updating very soon. This will include Mutation/Hidden Move Tiers, a Recipe Book, new X-Gear chips, and some more stuff that'll you'll just have to wait to see! Also, you've probably noticed that EssGee has been handling quite a few of the other updates in my obnoxious absence, so please take time to thank her!

Here's how it works on PX. You choose four of the twelve loverly little items below, and reply with what you want. Also mention what's going to whom or whether or not you're going to store it. Afterwards, a Mod will update and confirm whatever they need to then edit your post here. Simple 'nough me thinks? Alright, so after thinking long and hard about this, these are the gifts offered:
Mutation Coupon - Use this to Guarantee the appearance of a Tier 2 (out of 5) Mutated Pokemon.
Discovery Coupon {Vegetation} - Use this to discover a new berry or herb (Choose which upon use).
Discovery Coupon {Element} - Use this to discover a new element such as a Mineral, Field Mutation, etc (Semi-Specify upon use).
Feral Egg - Will hatch a Tier 3 Mutated Feral Pokemon with an already known Egg & Hidden Move.
Half of Needed Materials - This money saver will make the quest for your own shop, inn, etc so much easier!
Vendor Tag - Use this in the wild to call a vendor of your choice / Use this in the city to find a vendor who sells whatever you're looking for (Weapons, crystals, paint/dyes other rare things).

5 Lolup Berries - Increases a Pokemon's level & TP/Happiness by 1. Each Pokemon may only eat one Lolup per promo.
Material Pack - Contains 6 pieces of string, 6 sheets of iron, 3 wooden rods, 3 iron rods, 3 Light Leather, 3 Light Fabric, & 1 Primary Colored Dye/Paint ( For simplicity's sake - Red/Blue/Yellow ).
*Saddle - Enables character to ride Pokemon.
*Anvil - Allows creation of weapons.
*ClorCluster - Device shaped like a gun with three grey balls in the front. Allows the harvesting of Dyes/Paints from Flowers/Berries/Smeargle. Can only hold three colors at a time.
